At Sky Exchange Company (Pvt) ltd., we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to permanently delete your account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account
• Open the Sky Exchange Company (Pvt) ltd.’s app.
• Go to Sidebar Menu.
• Select Profile Settings.
• Enter your password
• Enter delete reason
• Tap on Delete Account.
• Confirm your request to permanently delete your account.

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account will be permanently deleted.
• Your personal information associated with the app will be removed, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
• Once the deletion process is completed, the action cannot be reversed.

Data Retention
Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required to comply with legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, or audit obligations.
